Our history
Founded in 1993 as a personal initiative, PATH Simulator (Productions with Actors for Training & Helping, Inc.) has grown into a trusted provider of high-quality standardized patient simulations for hospitals and medical institutions. What began as a small project driven by a passion for medical education has evolved into a collaborative team of experienced professionals dedicated to improving clinical training through realistic and immersive simulations.
With a network of over 50 professional actors trained in medical roleplay, we specialize in providing authentic, standardized patient experiences that help doctors, nurses, and medical students refine their diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills in a safe, controlled environment.
We are proud to collaborate with some of the most respected institutions in healthcare, including Harvard Medical School, Mount Sinai, and Columbia Health. At PATH Simulator, we are committed to advancing medical education through the power of performance, empathy, and realism—supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Our Mission
At PATH Simulator, our mission is twofold: to provide our clients—hospitals, medical schools, and healthcare professionals—with professional, immersive simulation experiences that enhance the training of their staff and students, ultimately improving patient care in the community.
At the same time, we are dedicated to offering actors meaningful, purpose-driven opportunities to apply their craft in impactful ways. Through standardized patient work, our actors gain hands-on experience that blends creativity with real-world purpose—contributing to better healthcare outcomes while growing professionally in a unique and valuable field.
By bridging the worlds of medicine and performance, we aim to elevate both clinical training and the role of the actor in shaping empathetic, effective care.
